Who we are
Madinco, based in Fort-de-France, Martinique, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For any question about this policy, write to hello@madinco.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you write to us we collect your name, email address, and message. We use them solely to reply to you.
Project brief. If you fill in the project brief, we also collect the company name, service, budget, timeline, and support preferences you select. We use them to prepare a relevant answer to your request.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and use it only to send you our newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Audience measurement. We measure traffic with a self-hosted analytics tool running on our own infrastructure. It records aggregate data such as pages viewed, referrer, and approximate country. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not build a profile of you.
We never sell your personal data and never share it for advertising purposes.
Bot protection
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes human visitors from bots without asking you to solve a puzzle. To do so, Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent, and the site key of the page you are visiting. These signals are strictly necessary to detect and block automated abuse, and Cloudflare cannot identify you directly from them.
Cloudflare acts as our processor for this purpose, and as a controller when improving Turnstile’s detection capabilities. For details, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States) for hosting the site and for Turnstile bot protection.
- Resend for delivering the emails generated by our forms and for managing our newsletter list.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and to operate Turnstile.
How long we keep your data
We keep form messages for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of our exchanges. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. Write to hello@madinco.com and we will answer you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the services we use. The current version is always available on this page.
