How it works
We start with the smallest version that is genuinely useful, put it in front of real users, and grow it from there. That is cheaper than specifying everything upfront and finding out in month five that half of it was wrong.
Projects are scoped after a call. Most run eight weeks or more, and we agree what the first usable version contains before anything is built.
